Sleeping up to 4, Braeburn has two beautiful bedrooms resting beneath the eaves, of a traditional galleried landing. Theatre style curtains separate the bedrooms and give a quirky romantic charm as you rest in a comfortable bed surrounded by wooden beams lining the ceiling. The option of a king-size or a twin set up make the perfect layout for a variety of group needs.
The cottage has a welcoming airy living space equipped with a traditional Log burner, two cosy couches and a Free View Smart HDTV and DVD player. A tiled floor and shuttered doors and windows combined with the open ceiling add to the Braeburns charm and comfortable homely feel.
Braeburn has been equipped with not only comfort but modern-day convenience in mind, A well equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher, washing machine & pod style coffee maker along with all the usual household needs.
The large bright modern downstairs wet room is well located and features a large rain water head shower providing plenty of heating for long indulgent showers after time spent chilling out in the Hot Tub or after an invigorating day of discovery.
A beautiful traditional garden with patio and luxury hot tub is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature or have a glass of bubbly watching the stars. Outside the wonder continues in the shared grounds, there is so much to explore as well as a shared tennis court. *Please note Braeburn is not suitable for children under 12 due to its minstral gallery landing.* We are a Non- Smoking Property. Braeburn is an excellent well thought out property. Lovely old building with log fire, hot tub and comfy bed. It is top spec and luxurious with a pond and a country walk to a local pub. Would recommend this place as an extra special staycation xx

What an amazing stay! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute spent at Orchard Holiday Cottages! Our cottage, Braeburn, was so homely, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Every detail had been thought of and Christine and William were absolute brilliant hosts. They made us feel extremely welcome and had lots of fab recommendations in and around the area during our stay. The (huge) hot tub was such a treat also! We can’t thank Christine and William enough for their kind hospitality. We’ll certainly be back for another stay!
